Meet the Doctors

ABOUT BRIAN RIZZO, DC, ART

Age alone should not be a deterrent when enjoying the activities we love. I enable my patients to take control of their well-being and provide them with the necessary tools, modifications, and encouragement to conquer both new and old fitness goals.

I see exercise as both a meditative practice and medicine, believing everyone should have the opportunity to embrace it. In the past, I've been fortunate to partake in diverse athletic events, including cycling century rides, marathons, the 3-day Leukemia Society walk, mini-triathlons, weight training, yoga, Pilates, and tennis. These experiences have connected me with skilled coaches, physical therapists, and bodyworkers, enriching my training.

I embraced Active Release Technique (ART) in 1999 and have consistently applied it, aspiring to excel in the Bay Area. As a chiropractor and ART practitioner, I approach the body from a mechanical and structural perspective, integrating this insight with my training to offer optimal treatment and advice to patients.
